Wheezy (voiced by the late Joe Ranft) is a character in Toy Story 2. He was a toy that got his squeaker broke and was left on Andy's shelf for a long time until Woody found him. Andy's mom took Wheezy and left him for sale at a yardsale, but Woody saved him. At the end of the movie, Wheezy got a new squeaker
