Weevil Underwood (voiced by Jimmy Zoppi) is a recurring antagonist in Yu-Gi-Oh! and a major cheater. Weevil tossed Yugi's Exodia cards off the boat on the way to Duelist Kingdom. Weevil once fought against Yugi, and lost getting kicked out of the Duelist Kingdom tournament, and Joey at Battle City. All Weevil wants is to have his fame again, but no matter what he tried he always failed. Weevil uses an Insect Deck, with his aces being Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth, and Insect Queen.
