Plot

On a visit to gravity falls, van and his team get a visit from kaito, who informs them that Nashi had gone missing! Their only clues were two mysterious doors, one appearing in ravnica, and one appearing in the real world, both leading to the same place: the inside of a strange abandoned house. Not wasting any time, van assembles a group from his team to venture into the house to save nashi! but our heroes will soon find that this house is anything but normal. Now facing horrors beyond imagination, its up to the team to find nashi, uncover the secrets of the house and escape with their lives. Its time to face your fears. all of them!

Fears from the Ever After

• (Courtney was on the balcony of the Mystery Shack, all alone with her ears down in sadness meaning that something was bothering her)
• Courtney: *has a flashback of Ruby committing suicide by ascension after she drank Neo’s tea tainted with a leaf from the Great Tree as her voice dubbed as Young Simba’s echoes through her head*
• Courtney’s voice: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
• Courtney: *sheds some tears*
• Dogday: Aunt Courtney?
• Catnap: are you okay?
• Courtney: *sees her nephews* Oh, Dogday, Catnap. I’m- *sighs and hangs her head down* I’m just… thinking about something…
• Catnap: do you...need to talk about it?
• (the two sit next to their aunt)
• Courtney: *sniffs, wipes off her tears as she inhales and exhales* You wanna know why I’m so upset? It’s because I’m afraid of losing my big sister again… *sheds more tears* All because of what happened in the Ever After… *covers her face with her paws and starts crying*
• (Dogday and Catnap look at each other after hearing this from their aunt)
• Catnap: When what happened in the Ever After?
• Dogday: And what do you mean by afraid of losing your big sister again?
• Courtney: *inhales and exhales* I’ll tell you. When I was traveling through the Ever After with my big sisters, Ruby was falling into depression because she blamed herself for not stopping Cinder Fall from taking the relics and losing our dear friend; Penny Polendina again… Along the way, every little event took its toll on Ruby especially when she was too afraid to take her weapon; Crescent Rose back… When Ruby had her mental breakdown in front of me, Yang, Weiss, and Blake and when Jaune yelled at her, blaming her for her plan that didn’t work and for getting all of us stuck in the Ever After in the first place… And… *her ears drop down in sadness* Well… it broke my heart to see her in that fragile state after seeing Jaune yell at her like that… Then, she ran off tearfully using her semblance; Petal Burst and when she told me to stay put, she pushed us away to make sure any of us stayed clear from danger all because she believed that those who are close to her would die… Just like with Penny and Pyrrha… But, I went after her even though I was told to stay put. And when she committed suicide by going through ascension and when the Curious Cat tried to possess her, I didn’t wanna feel that kind of hurt ever again… I was devastated when I lost her to ascension… But, you know something? She returned from her ascension as herself after obtaining the closure that she realized that she didn’t need to be perfect to be a huntress and just needed to be herself, helped us defeat the Curious Cat and then we all returned to Remnant with Jaune. And ever since that terrible adventure, I became EXTRA protective of Ruby. And I’ve been holding onto that fear of losing her again… Heck, that dreadful experience has left a scar on my soul… *sheds more tears while holding her paws on her chest where her heart is*
• Dogday: Aunt Courtney…
• Catnap: I’m so sorry, Aunt Courtney…

Van fears the truth

• Dipper: sooooo those two, catnap and dogday. they’re your sons right? how did...that happen?
• Van: oh well, I made them at the great illuminary. they’re glimmers, the first non Disney glimmers to ever exist.
• Dipper: non Disney? soooo where did they come from?
• Van: oh...well um...uh...(looks around to make sure we're alone) a horror game from my world called poppy playtime.
• Dipper: a horror game? but they look so...cute.
• Van: well its a long story. see chapter 3 of poppy playtime introduced the smiling critters. there were two versions, the cartoon versions made for the in universe cartoons and stuff, and then there are the monster versions that are encountered in the game. I based them off the former.
• Dipper: oh makes sense. so do they know that technically they’re from-
• Van: NO! and they can NEVER find out! in the game, the monster versions of catnap and dogday...they were experiments. they went through horrible things, and the monster version of catnap hurt a lot of people...if they knew about those versions of themselves, could you imagine the trauma they'd go through? I’m not letting my sons go through that kind of hurt, so no matter what they can never know. got it?
• Dipper: got it. but to be honest, I think you’re worrying too much. after all, how many alternate versions of have you encountered that were evil?
• Van: more than my fair share.
• Dipper: and did knowing about them change the fact that you’re still you?
• Van: no?
• Dipper: exactly. in the end, we are who we are. Not even evil alternate versions of ourselves can change that. As long as we stay true to ourselves.
• Van: I know...I just...I’ve never had kids before. I have had pets ever since I started my adventure team and I love them to death...but catnap and dogday are mine and sue's children. I’m scared of anything happening to my friends and family, but I’m 10 times as scared of anything happening to my own sons...

Distress call

• (The tv screen's static suddenly gave way to an image, what appeared to be a warped and twisted aproximation of a house. Just then a young nezumi that van and his friends recognized came into view: Nashi, the adopted son of the late planeswalker, Tamiyo)
• Nashi: okay, I think I found a connection. Hi, I'm Nashi. Where am I? heh...good question...hehe (he chuckled nervously) I am lost...suuuuper lost. (he says as he heads up some stairs that curve in an impossible way) (he sighs) I'm looking for Tamiyo's scroll, with all her memories and stories. I tracked it here. Nice right? (he says as he leans over the rail of the stairs. he stands upright and starts to tap on a tablet device of his) I'm gonna get it back...its all I have left of her...
• Van: Nashi?
• Dipper: you know him?
• Van: yeah, he is a friend. last time I saw him he was practicing his video story magic on thunder junction. I thought he went back to kamigawa after that. (sees that Nashi is using his drones to send this broadcast) he's streaming this from somewhere, but I have no idea from where Ive never encountered something like this on any plane before.
• (just then nashi turns around to see a shadowy monster at the top of the stairs)
• Nashi: oh...okay, (he turns back) this way looks less horrifying (he says jumping off the stairs and through an open door eminating red light. The screen then goes static again before cutting back to nashi running through a hallway full of strange staticey ghosts. He pulls out a weapon thats connected to the pack on his back emitting green energy) coming through! (he stabs through the ghost and the energy emitting from the weapon dispells it as he keeps running, dodging more ghosts) who needs this many mirrors?! (Nashi runs forward and through a door slamming it shut behind him. the screen goes static again before cutting once more to nashi, now leaning up against a mirror)
• Nashi: I must be getting close...(he says panting out of breath, he pulls away from the mirror but his reflection stayed the same) what...? (suddenly a glitching ghosts jumps out of the mirror pinning nashi to the ground. nashi takes his weapon and stabs it through the ghost, once again dispelling it. once again the screen goes static and when it comes back, nashi had just escaped a horde of other ghosts. now on his knees, nashi pants once more) not going back that way! (he says regaining his composure and gets up)
• (the room nashi is in now is almost completely dark, save for the other side of the room, in which one can see a strange chamber emitting the same red glow as the other doors, at the base of what appeared to be a giant moth statue. Distant screams are heard in the background)
• Nashi: okay...let’s do this. (he turns on his flashlight and begins to walk towards the chamber) I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it out of here...so if this is working...if anyone is seeing this...please, send help...anyone. (as he says this parts of the statue above the chamber begin to glow with the same red as the chamber, enveloping the screen before once again, the screen went static. This time the connection was lost and the tv turned off on its own)
• Van: ...(van was in shock. He had never seen a plane like that. and now Not only tamiyo's echo scroll, but also nashi himself is lost somewhere on that accursed plane)
