Uther Pendragon is the late king of England before Arthur was born. Unlike his son, Uther have a strong hatred against magic and magic users, so much that even the mere sight of magic, mention of magic, or people practicing magic are quickly put to death. He even lead a crusade to purge all England of magic cause he sees them as evil. When Uther died, he left a nation grip with fear and persecution. When his son, Arthur Pendragon (Disney and Waner Bros.) took the throne, he repair the damage his father cause by giving magic users equal rights, and magic to be practice freely.
