Editor and chief

I honestly can’t believe I get to announce this! As everyone else in my school’s newspaper club graduated, and we got a new faculty advisor, our new advisor appointed me as editor and chief! And now I’ve been taking measures to not only rebuild the club, but also evolve it! I have big plans including a blog for our paper’s website so that can serve as our paper until further notice and even when we can do physical papers again, hopefully we get to keep said blog as well as doing physical papers! I’m taking the time to ask for samples of members writings so I can get to know their writing style and how I can best help them! I even did a little recruiting and found someone who can hopefully make us a digital flyer so we can pst it on our school’s social and get more members! We recently had our first meeting and while not everyone could make it it still went great and I even filled in those who couldn’t come through email! I honestly thought I didn’t have what it took to be a leader, but now that I have this position, I’m starting to think, maybe I can! And I’m so happy to tell you guys about this! Hope i made u guys proud!
