Tom (voiced by Richard Kind in the movie) and Jerry (voiced by the late Dana Hill in the movie) are the cat and mouse duo characters of the old TV show Tom & Jerry. Tom always tries to get Jerry, but fails. There are times when these two would join forces to deal with a foe that they can't handle alone. Tom and Jerry's creators are the infamous duo, William Hanna, & Joseph Barbera, who also created Scooby-Doo, Yogi Bear, & other famous characters in their collection. Online sensation, The Nostalgia Critic, claimed that Tom and Jerry are the most legendary dynamic duo ever created.

• Tom and Jerry will meet Jeffrey and his team in Jeffrey & Friends' Adventures of Tom & Jerry: The Movie.
• Tom and Jerry will reunite with Jeffrey and his team in Jeffrey & Friends meet Cinderella. At the end of Jeffrey & Friends meet Cinderella 3: A Twist in Time, they'll both join the team.
• Tom and Jerry are also members of Bugs and Daffy's Adventures team. They first meet and join the team in Bugs and Daffy's Adventures of Aladdin.
• Tom and Jerry will meet Aaron & his team in Aaron Meets The Snow Queen.
• Tom and Jerry will meet Arik & his team in Aaron, & Arik Meets Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer.
