"I am The Master!" - The Master
The Master is a rival Time Lord, and one of the Main antagonists in Doctor Who. He, like The Doctor, is also from Gallifrey, and only wants to rule all life within the Time stream. However, The Master's plans never seems to work, and fails, but always comes up with a back up plan. The Master is someone you don't want to deal with.
