The Cybermen are one of the most unique villains in Doctor Who. These robotic men are once humans turned into humanoid robots, and one of The Doctor's enemies. The Cybermen also want to upgrade the entire universe by turning all humans into Cybermen. However, they failed but are capable of making more.
