The Council of Light is an organization of powerful heroes, gods and warriors who come together to govern the worlds in peace. Jaden Yuki, Jeffrey and Hiccup have a strong connection with the Council. They even eventually become honorary members and seek guidance from the higher ranked members from time to time.
