Techaction

"You can say it, i'm a genius." - Tech.

Tech (Voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) is the team's technician member (hence his name) and has super intelligence. He is a descendant of Wile E. Coyote. Like his ancestor, Tech relies on scientific doodads with the distinctive difference that he makes them himself, and that they actually work the way he built them. Tech does not have an English accent, as his ancestor did (who did not always talk in the original Looney Tunes cartoons)

Like his ancestors Wile E. Coyote and Calamity Coyote, he is super smart. How he makes his inventions is he uses Acme tools and parts. He also get the Acme parts and tools the same way his ancestors did.

Before gaining his powers, Tech was a student at the Acmetropolis University. Seconds before the meteor impacted the city, Tech had been displaying another invention to one of his teachers, but was thrown out of the university thanks to the impatient teacher accidentally activating a self-destruct system that Tech had installed in a device for "extra credit.".

As a member of the Loonatics, Tech acts as the team's source of various crime fighting gadgets and vehicles, typically as the situation requires. The meteor's energy gifted him with magnetic manipulation powers as well as the ability to regenerate his body after being disintegrated or suffering injury (a reference to his ancestor's tendency to suffer grueling injuries yet rapidly recover). Tech also has naturally high intelligence, but appeared to be as accident-prone as his ancestor during flashbacks to his college days. Since the meteor, his intelligence seems to have increased considerably, or perhaps it's just that practice makes perfect, as his inventions (nearly) always work.

Abilities.[]

  • Superhuman Intelligence: A trait that he inherited from his ancestors.
  • Magnetic Manipulation: The ability to create magnetic pulses that allow him to levitate metallic objects and scramble electronics.
  • Molecular Regeneration: In clear reference to his ancestor's accident-prone tendencies, Tech possesses a healing factor (usually from disintegration) that renders him nearly indestructible (because of this, it has been a running gag for Tech to get blown to bits in comical fashion), but not invulnerable or immune to pain.

Trivia.[]

  • Tech & his teammates will meet Craig & his friends in Craig & Friends Adventures of Loonatics Unleashed
  • Tech & his teammates will meet Craig & his friends again in Craig & Friends Adventures of Terminator: Genisys. At the end, he, his teammates and Pops will join the club.
  • He was the first Loonatic to previously and personally know a villain (Mallory "Mastermind" Casey from Acme Tech).
  • Tech hates yodeling
