Anotonia Dreykov A.K.A. Taskmaster (portrayed by Olga Kurylenko, voiced by Clancy Brown) is a super-villain from Marvel Comics. He has the uncanny ability to copy the abilites of his opponents by memorizing them at a fast rate.

- SPOILER ALERT: In Twilight Sparkle joins Black Widow, Twilight and her friends assumed it was Tony Masters back for vengeance, until the Taskmaster behind the mask who they thought so far was revealed to be no one else but General Dreykov's brainwashed daughter, much to the team and Natasha's shock. Twilight and Sunset immediately showed sympathy for Anotonia. Despite this, Twilight still believes Tony Masters is still out there somewhere.
