Talon (Voiced by Rocky Carroll) is Elisa Maza's brother and the leader of the Labyrinth Clan in Gargoyles. His real name is Derek Maza, a helicopter pilot for Xanatos Enterprise. Although Elisa warmed him about not to trust Xanatos, Derek ignored her. Then, Dr. Sevarius, a geneticist employed by Xanatos, inject a mutagenic serum on him along with a few a test subjects to make their own gargoyles, turning him into a cat like humanoid with bat wings. Horrified, Derek along with the other test subjects fled underground and form the Labyrinth Clan. After the Manhattan Clan help Derek, now called Talon and Maggie defeat Claw and Fang, who plain to overthrow him, Talon reconnected with his sister and family, happy about his change. Though, Goliath force Dr. Servarius to work on an antidote to turn Talon and the other test subjects back to their human selves, which turn out to be poison, Talon is proud of who he is. He later became Maggie's husband.
