Storm a.k.a. Ororo Munroe (voiced by Susan Dalian, performed by Halle Berry) is a member of the X-Men. Orphaned at an early age, she turned to a life of crime to survive on the mean streets of Cairo, Egypt. When her mutant power to control weather patterns emerged, she was worshipped as a goddess by the tribes. Eventually Ororo found her true purpose at Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, where she helps the X-Men as Storm. Storm can control the creation of rain, snow, sleet, fog, hail, and lightning.

Weather Control: She can manipulate the weather undoing hurricanes, causing storms in the skies and causing thunder and lightning.
- Aerokinesis: As part of her weather control she can manipulate winds.
- Wind Shield: she can summon a column of air that swirls in fornt of her and deflects bullets.
- Tornado: she summons large tornadoes that vary in use and power.
- Wind Blast: she creates a gust storm.
- Electric Smoke: she mixes electricity with smoke that is projected in a beam form.
- Dancing Wind: she creates swirling winds around her body that attacks her targets.
- Flight: as part of her air control, she can glide through the winds.
- Electrokinesis: she can mainpulate electricity with her skills.
- Lighning Blast: she creates powerful blasts of electricicty.
- Chain Lightning: she controls repeated blasts of electricity in chain forms.
