Stimpy J. Stimpson (known as Stimpy; originally voiced by Billy West) is a manx cat and one of the two main characters of The Ren and Stimpy Show.
Stimpy is 3 years old and lovable, albeit unbelievably stupid. His best friend is Ren, whom he still loves even when Ren slaps him silly for his stupidity.
