Silver is a baby Lugia living with its parent; Lugia. A boy named Oliver nicknamed it because it saved him. But, Silver was captured by Butch and Cassidy and was used as bait to captured the adult one. But, in the end, Silver and Lugia were reunited and Dr. Namba and the other Team Rocket grunts were defeated.

- In the Thunderbolts Adventure Series, Lugia entrusts Courtney to keep an eye on Silver. She agrees and lets Silver live with her and the Thunderbolts. Silver sometimes goes on adventures or stays at the estate while they're away on adventures.
