Shockwave (Voiced by Corey Burton) is one of Megatron's most loyal servants in the Decepticon Army. Shockwave is very loyal to Megatron on his missions, especially since he's known to be a Master of Disguise. Shockwave is known to have an Autobot form called, Longarm. He can transform into a powered tank, & even attacked certain Autobots should they expose his true intentions. Shockwave is loyal, intelligent, strong, & scary. Shockwave is shown to only have three fingers on each hand & specializes in using his scientific mind to help out Megatron, along with the other Decepticons.
During the War for Cybertron, or The Great Cybertronian War, Shockwave was ordered to stay behind on Cybertron to handle the battle their until Megatron returned. While Megatron even battled with Optimus Prime against Unicron, Shockwave, & Soundwave were left in charge to help watch Cybertron. When Starscream appeared to help out, he learned from Shockwave that both Prime, & Megatron were in Unicron, & went to join the battle while Shockwave prepare the ships for attack on Unicron on the outside. After the War, Shockwave, along with the other Decepticons, left Cybertron for the vastness of space, never to be seen, or heard from ever again, until Starscream assumed command. Now they plan to harvest enough Energon to resurrect their Leader Megatron, through the work of Dark Energon. Shockwave prefers to use logic and science for his experiments and projects, which eventually brought the recreation of the Predacons with their leader, The Predaking. When Megatron was finally defeated, he abandoned ship, with Starscream, never to be seen again.

Now I mentioned earlier about Shockwave being a Master of Disguise. Now it's about time you learned why, well, Shockwave has the ability to become a different Autobot called Longarm. In doing so he could blend in with the community, in order to acquire the means for the Decepticons return to Cybertron. This shows just how loyal he is.
