Sandman will be redeemed at some point and become a member of the Hidden Knights.
Twilight and the Rainbooms will face Sandman in Twilight's Adventures of Spider-Man 3. After the final battle against Venom, and Marko's tragic explanation of what happened to Ben, Twilight and her friends especially Peter (Tobey Maguire) forgives him and allow him to flee.
Twilight and the Rainbooms will face their prime Sandman in Twilight Sparkle meets The Spectacular Spider-Man where he briefly join the Heylin side, but leaves at some point.
