Rosy (Voiced by Juliette Brewer) is Jenna's owner and a friend of Balto. She is also the only human who see Balto as a dog and not part-wolf like everyone else in Nome. She was one of the victims of diphtheria, until Balto returned with the medicine and Rosy thanks Balto for saving her and the other kids.
