Ratbert is a dumb and easily manipulated rat who lives with Dilbert and Dogbert. He escaped from a nearby lab to live with them, and is a loyal helper to Dogbert.
He occasionally helps out The Rogues when they need a fall guy, and is a member of the Rogue Armada.
