Putty Thing (voiced by Cam Clarke) and Fish Guy (voiced by Jeff Bennett) are two villains from The Mask animated series.
Putty Thing and Fish Guy started out as two dorky teens who got radioactive and became mutants. Putty Thing got powers that mutate his body, but Fish Guy didn't get any. He can't even swim or breathe underwater. They become villains known as "The Terrible Two." But the Mask stops them both several times, and makes several jokes at Fish Guy's expense.
