Prince Derek (voiced by Howard McGillin (first movie), Douglas Sills (second movie), Brian Nissen (third movie), and currently Yuri Lowenthal.) is one of the main characters in Jaden Meets The Swan Princess.
He goes out to rescue his future bride Princess Odette after the evil Sir Rothbart captured her. In the end, Derek had the help by Jaden, his friends, and Odette's animal friends Jean-Bob, Speed , andPuffin to defeat Rothbart and married Odette.
In "The Swan Princess: A Royal Family Tale", Derek and Odette became the adopted parents of Alise after her father died
