Patrick “The Eel” O’Brian (Voiced by Tom Kenny) was a small-time crook in Kite Man’s gang. During a raid on a chemical factory, they encountered Batman. In the fight that followed, Patrick was knocked into a vat of chemicals. He was saved from death by Batman, who is shown later in the flashback as standing over his bedside in the hospital concerned. Patrick helped testify against Kite Man in court and Batman promised the parole board that he’d oversee Patrick’s rehabilitation. With the new ability to stretch his body into any shape or form, Plastic Man went to help Batman fight crime. Although he was supposed to be reformed, Plastic Man still has many criminal tendencies.
Plastic Man has a bumbling sidekick named Woozy Winks. He is also shown to be married and even have a son.

Plastic Man has the ability to stretch his body into just about any object. He’s been seen changing into a shovel, cash register and even a car. Normally he uses his hands like large mallets.
