Plasmus (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is a sybiote mutant monster that drinks toxic sewage and radioactive waste, and is an enemy of the Teen Titans. He is human when he's asleep, but when awake, he is the monster Plasmus. Which is why he's always put in a soundproof stasis tank when in custody. Slade has used Plasmus for several of his plots. Including fusing him with Cinderblock and Overload to create Ternion.
