Peter Elison is one of Courtney and XR's future puppies from another alternate timeline. Peter has the same personality as Patch and the same attitude as Scamp. He wishes to do great things and become a hero just like his mother and father. He always gets into trouble with all sorts of villains and claims that he is not scared and won't run from anyone.
