Panthro (Voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) is a general of the Thunderian army and a noble member of the Thundercats. He, along with the other Thundercats, rides a vehicle called the Thundertank. His main fears are water, heights, and bats. He's the engineer and muscle of the team. His main weapons are a pair of nunchucks.
History[]
During the war, Panthro enlisted in the army. There, he meet his friend soon-to-be enemy, Grune. Both he and Grune fought countless battles together and rise to the rank of General. One day, King Claudius assigned both Panthro and Grune on a mission to find the legendary Book of Omens, which have been hidden for centuries. As time went by, Grune grew more and more bitter and think Claudius sent them on a fool's errand. Panthro, still loyal to Claudius and Thunderia, try to reason with him. One day, Grune heard a voice calling to him. Grune follow the voice along with Panthro. They soon found a pyramid. Inside, Grune opened a chamber and reawaken Mumm-Ra. Mumm-Ra ask Grune to help him retrieve the Eye of Thunderia also called, the War Stone. Grune agree and attacked Panthro. He escaped and later found the Thundertank. He then join Lion-O and his friends to help them on their quest.
