Oscar the Grouch (performed by Caroll Spinney, currently by Eric Jacobson) is a character on Sesame Street. Just as his last name suggests, Oscar is indeed grouchy. He is the complete opposite from people. He lives in a trash can, loves gross things and hates nice things.
