Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel (voiced by Kathreen Khavari, and performed by Iman Vellani in MCU) is an high school student with latent Inhuman DNA. Upon coming into contact with the Terrigen Mist, she became imbued with Inhuman abilities, which she used to become a superhero. She took her codename after her favorite superhero, Captain Marvel. She is the main protagonist of her upcoming series of the same name, and will return along with her idol in "The Marvels".

- It's unknown when and if Kamala will appear in the series. However, she does appear as a member of The Rainbooms after events of Twilight Sparkle & Ms. Marvel in Twilight's Adventures Series.
- Kamala is a huge fan of superheroes and and big at writing fanfiction of them, especially The Avengers.
- Kamala is Twilight's second favorite Marvel character/hero after Spider-Man.
