Misty (voiced by the late Rachael Lillis and Michelle Knotz in English and Mayumi Iizuka in Japanese) is the Gym Leader of Cerulean Gym and is a Water-Pokemon trainer. She is very close friends with Ash Ketchum, and is friends with Jaden, Jeffrey, and Pooh. It is hinted that Misty likes Ash, although she never confesses.

- Even though she's scared of bugs, Berkeley Beetles and Nails the Spider are the only exceptions.
- Misty will meet Jeffrey and his friends in Jeffrey & Friends' Adventures of Pokemon the First Movie.
- Misty will guest star in Jaden's Adventures of Flubber.
- Misty will guest star in Pooh's And Jaden's Adventures of ChalkZone The Big Blow Up.
- In the Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends' Storm Adventures series, Misty and Ash finally confess their love for each other, and start a relationship together.
