Mistress 9 (voiced by Susan Aceron) is a villain in Sailor Moon who serves Pharaoh 90. In Sailor Moon, she has an alterego named Hotaru Tomoe, who can become the light side, Sailor Saturn In Pooh's Adventures series, she is Bowser's wife, and the mother of Bowser Jr.
