Mega Man (voiced by Ruth Shiraishi) also known as the "Blue Bomber", is the predecessor of Mega Man X and Dr. Thomas Light's first creation when his colleague Dr. Wily have gone mad after he was ignored so many times and controlled all on the robots except Mega Man. Mega Man beat Dr. Wily and saved the planet countless times.
