Manu Tuiama (voiced by Mario Lopez) is the main antagonist of Aloha, Scooby-Doo! He and his girlfriend; Snookie Waeawa planned to scare off both the locals and the tourists so he and Snookie could buy up all (or at least most) of the real estate on the island and then sell it back to the original owners at a big profit.
