Mai Valentine (voiced by Megan Hollingshead, later Erica Schroeder) is a recurring character in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Mai is easily one of the most strongest Duelists ever known, and she shares feelings for Joey Wheeler, and vice versa. Her beauty can be easily fooled when she duels against her opponents. Her Dueling Deck is mostly using Harpies' and Amazons, all of which are females, with her ace being Harpie Lady.

- In the series, Mai is finally married to Joey Wheeler, becoming "Mai Wheeler" and Serenity's sister-in-law.
- Mai will first appear in The Next King of Games.
- Mai will guest star in Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends' Storm Adventures of The 7D.
