Mad Mod (voiced by Malcolm McDowell) is one of many villains on Teen Titans. Although he has no superpowers, Mad Mod is a dangerous villain who has created false reality worlds for the Titans to survive in. First, he took them to his school to "teach them a lesson about misbehaving." Than he tried to reclaim America by jolly old England and make himself its king. He even took Robin's youth in the process. Both plans were thwarted.
