Mack and Jack are Snowflake's little twin brothers. According to Snowflake, Mack and Jack don't get along with new people at first. But they can be friendly when someone gets to know them better. However, like any little boys, these two can be quite the pranksters. Despite their mischievous personalities, Mack and Jack are quite intelligent for their ages.
As a way to tell the two cubs apart, Mack has green eyes and dark brown fur while Jack has blue eyes and light brown fur.

- Mack and Jack will guest star in Jeffrey, Jaden, Hiccup & Friends' Storm Adventures of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, having snuck onto the Elemental Mobile and end up tagging along for the adventure (much to the team's annoyance). They stay with Joey, Tristan, Trixie, Snotlout, Hookfang, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Barfbelch, Rocket, Groot, Yondu and Kraglin until the final battle with Ego.
- Mack and Jack will join the Dreamland Adventure Squad (after getting permission) in Kirby's Adventures of Pokemon: The Legend of Thunder. They act as the "Rocket Raccoon" of the team.
- In Jeffrey, Jaden, Hiccup & Friends' Storm Adventures of Avengers: Endgame, Mack and Jack are the only surviving members of Snowflake's family and willingly help their sister and friends travel back in time and get the Infinity Stones in order to bring back everyone Thanos snapped away. They even help create the Quantum Tunnel and Nano Gauntlet.
