M.O.D.O.K. (Mental/Mobile/Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing) is the leader of A.I.M. and the technorganic supervillian with tremendous mental powers and advanced weapons.

M.O.D.O.C. has advanced intellect and mental powers.
- Advanced Genius-level Intellect: M.O.D.O.C. can compute to the point where it rivals other geniuses such as Stark, Reed Richards, the Leader, Doom, and Pym.
- Mental Bolt: M.O.D.O.C. can fire a mental bolt which may harm and destroy the mind and body of his opponents from long to medium range.

- In the comics, although he was originally given the codename M.O.D.O.C. (Mobile Organism Designed Only for Computing), soon afterwards he turned on his superiors and changed his name to M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) - the acronym he is more commonly known by. The change is probably due to the child-friendly nature of the show; a similar thing happened in Iron Man: Armored Aventures.
- In "The Super Hero Squad Show", Due to the kid-friendly nature of the show, the word "Killing" in his name is altered to "Kicking-butt".
- M.O.D.O.K. will become Twilight's enemy in Twilight's Adventures of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
