Luigi is the second and the younger of the two Mario brothers. Along with his brother, the two have been through many adventures to save the Mushroom Kingdom and many other lands. Both he and his brother use power-ups like Stars, Mega Mushrooms, Penguin Suits, Fire Flowers, Ice Flowers, Propeller Mushrooms, and many others.

- Luigi will team up with the Justice Guardians again in Jesse, Xion & Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.
- Luigi will meet Juniper Lee and her team in the eighth episode of the Juniper Lee's Adventures Series titled Super Smash Sister.
- In Super Paper Mario, Nastasia hypnotizes Luigi to fight for Count Bleck as Mr. L. However, Dimentio uses him as well for his goals, and Luigi later returns as Mr. L of his own accord.
