Ludmilla (voiced by Catherine O'Hara) is the main antagonist of Jaden meets Bartok the Magnificent. Ludmilla was Prince Ivan's advisor, who didn't like the way Prince Ivan was ruling Moscow, and givng Bartok a royal ring for his performance. So she kidnapped Ivan, framed Baba Yaga, and sent Bartok, Jaden and his team to save him. But when they return with a special potion that will help Bartok whatever he has in his heart show ten times in his exterior and discorver Ludmilla is the culprit, she locks them up with Ivan, takes the potion and drinks it. But because it was meant for Bartok, she turns into a dragon and goes on a rampage. Ludmilla was defeated by Bartok and Jaden in the end.

- Ludmilla will become Jeffrey's enemy in Jeffrey and Friends meet Bartok the Magnificent. Afterwards, she will join Charles Muntz's Empire.
