Leroy (voiced by Chris Sanders) is the evil twin/counterpart of Stitch created by Jumba who was forced by Hamsterviel.

- Leroy will become Jeffrey and Jaden's enemy in Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends' Storm Adventures of Leroy & Stitch.
- During his creation, Leroy was programmed with a fail-safe that causes him, and his clones, to shut down when they hear the song "Aloha `Oe".
- Leroy has the ability to change his fur from red to blue in order to disguise himself as Stitch.
