Kara Dragonheart (or Kara Zor-El) is an baby alternate reality version of Kara Zor-El (a.k.a Supergirl) in which her Kryptoian space pod landed on Earth in Kid Jeffrey's backyard. She is then found by the Dragonhearts and adopted by them.
