Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 (voiced by Steve Downes) is a SPARTAN-II commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command who became one of the most important UNSC heroes during the Human-Covenant war. Originally taken as a child, John-117 was raised within the military to be a perfect soldier. Physically augmented and alter to be a better soldier, John-117 became the perfect weapon. This came in great use for during the Human-Covenant War when John-117 became a supersoldier and hero in the war with the Covenant.
