Plot
Jeffrey and his friends reunite with Beethoven the dog and The Newton family. They also meet Beethoven's love interest Missy. But she gets taken by a evil lady named Regina who is using her as part of a divorce. But love finds a way to get them back together, and the result is four little puppies. Now Beethoven, the Newton family, Jeffrey and his team must protect the puppies and get Missy back from Regina.
