Plot:
The Justice Guardians reunites with their real estate agent named Jim Evers who sold them their estate in ToonTown. As part of celebrating one year off moving in, the Evers family and the team travel to a mysterious mansion which is believed to be haunted. They soon discover some scary secrets which will uncover the Mansion's past.

- Jeffrey: I'll say. *looks at the menu* Now let's see...
- Tammy: I am surprised they allow us in here.
- DJ: Guess they make exceptions with cartoon animals. *suddenly notices something* Speaking of which...
- (At a table close to theirs was Mystery Inc!)
- AppleJack: Well I'll be! Mystery Inc! Howdy!!
- Fred: *looks beside him and smiles* Well, what a small world this is!
- Daphne: *smiles* Long time, no see, Justice Guardians!
- May: *smiles* It sure has been since we took on the Phantom Virus together.
- Velma: You can say that again.
- Aqua: It's rather shocking we'd run into you guys here.
- Jesse: Yeah. What brings y'all way out here?
- Daphne: Well, we had just solved another big mystery last weekend. So now we're trying to take a break from all the spooky mysteries we've had lately.
- Shaggy: Plus, Scoob and I were getting hungry.
- Scamper: *raises an eyebrow* No surprise.
- Scooby: Reah! Real rungry! *whimpers in a pathetic fake way and points in his mouth*

- Jesse: Well believe it or not it's the anniversary of when we moved into our estate. We felt like celebrating by eating out!
- May: And it's all thanks to a real estate agent that helped us get it.
- Princess Cadence: ....! *smiles* Speaking of which...
- (Jim Evers walks into the restaurant with a contract in a folder)
- Scamper: Well, this night just got more interesting.
- Jim: *walks past the Justice Guardians* .....!!! *walks back over and smiles* Well I'll be. If it isn't my favorite clients I ever sold a house to!
- Jeffrey: *smiles* Long time, no see.
- Jaden: *smiles* It's ironic we'd be seeing you, Jim. We were just talking about you.
- Aqua: *smiles* We were telling our friends here that it was the anniversary of when you helped us move into our estate.

- Jaden: *picks up a menu* So... where were we?
- Jeffrey: *reads a menu* Maybe I'll have what Xion's having.

- Rarity: He certainly is.
- Jim: *arrives at another table and shows the contract* Hey. Hey. Lorraine and Gary. Just like l promised, here's the offer. Signed, sealed, and delivered.
- Gary: *smiles* Thank you. Thank you so much. We are so grateful.
- Lorraine: This is a cause for celebration. Let us buy you a drink.
- Jim: Oh, no, really, l can't. I gotta get going. My wife's waiting for me.
- Lorraine: Oh no, but this is such a big deal for us. Please. We have to celebrate.
- Jim: l really can't. l'm late.
- Gary: We insist. Please.
