Plot[]
The Justice Guardians are sent to Ryme City, a place where people and Pokemon live together in harmony and Pokemon battles are illegal to help solve the mystery of a missing detective named Harry Goodman. With help from his son Tim Goodman, a journalist named Lucy Stevens and a talking Pikachu with no memory of his past except for his connection to Harry, the team must investigate a mysterious substance called "R" that makes Pokemon go berserk and discover why Harry Goodman vanished.
