Steve Rogers aka the Hydra Stomper (voiced by Josh Keaton) is an Alternate Universal version of Steve Rogers in which he got injured and Peggy Carter became the super soldier, then Howard Stark created a powerful, indestructible (power by the Tesseract) suit of armor for Steve to fight in.
