Mr. Waternoose's defeat.
Henry J. Waternoose, III (or simply known as Mr. Waternoose)(voiced by the late James Coburn) is one of the two main antagonists in Jaden's Adventures of Monsters Inc. He is the CEO on Monsters Inc, who was using illegal tactics on getting children's scream because kids were getting less afraid of monsters. He worked with Randall and created a machine to extract scream from kids. After Sulley, Mike, and Jaden found out his plan, he banished them to the human world. But they returned and got Mr. Waternoose to confess his evil scheme to the CDA after tricking him in a simulation room. The CDA arrest Mr. Waternoose, and Sulley takes over his company.
