Gyaos is a giant monstrous man eating bat, and the main antagonist of the Gamera series. These creatures of darkness are ferocious in character, and only feed at night, they have the power to shoot out a laser beam that can cut through anything, unless deflected. The only creature able to combat the Gyaos, are other Kaiju (Monster in Japanese), such as Godzilla, and their arch nemesis, Gamera, as well as King Kong. The Gyaos eventually encounter a new friend, Bowser Koopa, and his Koopa troopers and joined forces with three other Kaiju, Cyber-Zilla, Spacegodzilla, and King Ghidorah, they've fighting for them ever since. The Gyaos, are quick, ferocious, and above all, horrifying. Gyaos is a meat-eating bat like creature, and has the ability to grow new parts of his body by using his beam to slice it right off, and will die if exposed to long to sunlight. Gyaos also are vampire like mainly due to there similarities to Vampire Bats. Gyaos is also unable to turn its neck unless its longer. Gyaos has two throats and to spines, so he can produce his beam.

- The Gyaos will become Aaron's enemies in the future.
- The Gyaos will become Arik's enemies in the future, afterwards, they'll meet King Ghidorah, who'll lead them to their new chances at an all you can eat buffet.
- The Gyaos often hang out with a couple of vultures named Arthur and Cecil.
