Toa of Water
Gali (voiced by Kathleen Barr) is one of certain Toa that are female. She is wise, kind, and always able to help out, or gave advice. She wears the Great Mask of Water Breathing, which allows the user to breath underwater.
When she sees trouble near by, you can count on her to warn the others before it's too late. She also has a bit issues with some of her Toa allies, mainly Tahu from time to time, however, when it comes to teamwork, you can always count on her. Gali is the only Toa to show concern for friends, especilly if they've been injured, or feeling really depressed and want to be left alone.

- Gali shows a common control over the water like Poseidon, only she uses it to help people, and defeat her enemies, mainly Leviathan, and Ursula.
