Freakazoid (voiced by Paul Rugg) is an manic and insane superhero and the main protagonist of the TV show of the same name. He was once geeky 16 year old computer ace named Dexter Douglas who became Freakazoid from an overloaded Pinnacle chip inside his computer. To change into Freakazoid, Dexter says "Freak out". To change back into Dexter, Freakazoid says "Freak in". Dexter and Freakazoid sometimes identify as separate identities, and other times consider themselves to be the same person.
