Vilgax (voiced Steven Blum) is Ben Tennyson's arch enemy and the main antagonist of the Ben 10 series. His goal is to take the Omnitrix and control the universe.

- Vilgax will become Twilight's enemy in Twilight Sparkle meets Ben 10. He is later revealed to be a member of the Heylin Empire in the end.
- Vilgax will return for revenge in Twilight's Adventures of Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix.
- Vilgax will guest star along with other villains in Twilight's Adventures of Kung Fu Panda 2.
- Vilgax will appear again in Twilight's Adventures of Ben 10: Alien Force.
- Vilgax will appear once again in Twilight's Adventures of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. From the on, he'll be one of the Rainbooms' most dangerous and powerful foes.
- Vilgax will return as one of the three main antagonists (along side Dr. Nefarious and Lord Hater) in Twilight Sparkle joins Guardians of The Galaxy arc.
- Vilgax will become Jeffrey and Jaden's enemy in Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends meet Ben 10.
- Vilgax will return for revenge (and face Hiccup for the first time) in Jeffrey, Jaden, Hiccup & Friends go to Gravity Falls - Weirdmageddon Part 1.
