Skipper (voiced by Tom McGrath) is character of the Madagascar franchise, and is the leader of his platoon of penguins. He is a hardened commando type penguin, who was on a mission to get him and his team to Antartica. In Jaden goes to Madagascar, he told Marty the Zebra their plan, which caused Marty to try to get to the wild too. The Penguins eventually reach to Antartica (by taking control of a ship that was supposed to ship them to another zoo), but they immediately hate it there. So, they sailed to Madagascar, and help Jaden, Marty, and the others fight of the Fossa.

- Skipper and his men (along with their friend Kiva) will guest star in Jeffrey & Friends' Storm Adventures of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. At the end, they'll join the team.
